'Ingredients for masala puri : - Half tablespoon jeera - Three to four black stone flower (pachi huva or kalpasi or rathipachi) - Five cloves - Two cinnamon - Two star anise - Half tablespoon fennel seeds - Half tablespoon of pepper - Coriander - Pudina (mint leaves) - Three byadagi chillies , three Guntur chillies - Half Ginger - Ten cloves of garlic - One cup Boiled peas - One boiled potato - 2 tablespoon of gram flour - 2 tablespoon of wheat flour - Prepration: - Add spices and coriander, pudina, chillies , ginger and garlic and grind it - Then make a paste of peas and potato - Now take a pan and add some oil - Add gram flour and wheat flour mix it well - Then add grinded paste add little water - Then add grinded peas and potato - And add little water and mix it well - Finally add salt as per requirement and add little water - And boil it until the raw smell goes -For masala puri -Take a bowl crush the puris and add boiled peas -And add prepared masala and chopped onions, chopped tomato & carrot -Then finally add coriander ,jeera powder & little curd and enjoy it
